If you have complex needs child do not phone anywhere else but here. Please just don’t do it to yourself.
I can not tell you the absolute hell I went through to get travel insurance today. I spent a hellish hour and 40 minutes on the phone with staysure for them to tell me that they wouldn’t insure my son. Then after I calmed down and my rage subsided I called All Clear and he was insured!! I honestly almost cried. It’s hard enough to have a complex needs child without the added time strain and stress of companies wasting your time and then saying no. I will never go anywhere else but here from this day on and if you have a complex needs child I really hope you do the same.
I had no problem when completing my application form with Allclear travel insurance
I had no problem when completing my application form for my travel insurance it was straightforward and easy to complete. I have also used Allclear travel insurance in the past and was very happy with the cover that I had.

I always use All Clear for Travel Insurance and because I have medical conditions I contact by phone rather than via website = Geraint was so helpful, courteous and polite it made it so easy for me to talk through the conditions I needed to declare

Great company for pre-existing medical conditions
Always use this site now when getting travel insurance for family with pre-existing medical conditions. Spent many a long hour trying to find anywhere cheaper, but never found anywhere near to matching the prices being offered by AllClear.
Travel insurance following operation
Wanted to make sure I was covered for travel abroad a month following a recent routine operation. Abby was very helpful, answered all my questions and did not rush me. Gave me confidence that I had chosen the right travel insurance cover and company along with the many positive reviews.

Good customer service.Value for money.
Catherine went through my policy very thorough.Was very friendly and as i am hard of hearing spoke very clearly. I was going to check out a few more insurance companies but decided this one was good value for money and it is an annual policy so i would recommend to travellers going on more than one holiday to apply for this one.

Annual multi trip cover
My call was answered promptly by Jackie who was friendly polite and knowledgeable about all clear insurance.
Jackie as happy to send my policy by post as I don't have a working printer at the moment. The level of cover was very competitive and nearly £100 cheaper than another insurance company we received a quote from.
I would definitely recommend All Clear Travel insurance to friends and family

I required travel insurance for a cruise. I telephoned to obtain a quote. I was immediately put through to a lady who spoke very clearly, gave me all the onformation I needed and took my medical details in an understanding and efficient way. She was able to give me a quote within minutes.

Have used this company before. In a previous year took out a policy with another provider. Had to call out doctor as I had infected mosquito bites. I had also had a fall so wanted dr.to confirm I had not damaged my leg. When he asked about insurance he said they would not pay out + recommended All Clear.
Very positive experience
Today I contacted AllClear travel insurance. We used this company last time we travelled and we’re happy with the experience.
Callum, the representative I spoke with was very helpful. He talked me through the policy, explaining any queries I had.
I had the pleasant surprise that an equivalent policy to the one we had used previously had not increased in price

Very happy to renew.
Very happy to renew our travel insurance which provided the cover we require so bought the same policy, All Clear Gold Plus, for our 23/24 travels. Very straightforward online until I got to pay when the system didn't process my submitted payment. So I reverted to telephone and with excellent service from Geraint managed to complete the renewal. So very impressed by your service, just hope we don't have any reason to make a claim, but reassured we are in good hands if the need arises.

Our first ever trip of a lifetime and Rhianwen made sourcing a travel cover policy really easy and with great professionalism.
My husbands condition of advanced metastatic cancer was well looked into to ensure full cover so hopefully we can now just concentrate on our excellent forthcoming holiday whilst he endures further chemotherapy.
